Under Construction - (Happy Fourth?)

Fireworks, food, fire. It was an interesting week.

Fireworks. The fourth was spent with my new roommates (Mike, Jesse, and Jesse Squared), Kassia, Melissa, and other various folks. Watched the fireworks that spanned from horizon to horizon and also lit off a few bottlerockets ourselves. Hundreds of thousands of dollars launched into the sky, purchased mostly from the indian reservation that also houses the largest Casino in the area. It must have been a very profitable summer from the looks of things.

Food. Wednesday night Jesse cooked barbeque chicken, mashed potatoes, and microwaved peas and corn. It was -- awsome. This has to be one of the pros to living in a house with a lot of roommates, someone is bound to be able to cook.

Fire. A large dumpster fire raged outside of our apartment on Wednesday night. After a few minutes of enjoying the flames, we decided that it might catch on to the trees hovering above and that calling the fire department was in order.
